No longer works
App worked for months on iPhone and iPad. Then asked for but wouldn’t accept log in. Uninstalled and reinstalled three times and it only opened to Home Screen. Didn’t allow navigation to login or anywhere. I’m not talking about the e edition on the browser.
Upgrade is a downgrade
They recently “upgraded” this app and now: the paper no longer fills the screen, instead of being able to freely size it there is only the time consuming option of hitting the article and waiting for it to open on its own screen and then it only opens in text view so that any charting or layout is lost.

Great to get local and national news. For some reason I get logged off and that’s annoying. Signing back on becomes an issue because I failed to write down log-in credentials! Other than that it’s enjoyable and informative. I would enjoy a summary first page.
Better Than Other News Apos
The Daily News App has been bug free which is something I can’t say for the apps for the other papers that I read.

I find this app very easy to navigate. It comes in handy should I want to read the news earlier than my paper arrives or want to refresh myself with the news when I’m away from home. Glad I have this App.!

Easy to read digital version!
Being somewhat old-school, I have always liked the feel of a newspaper in my hand.
Something so familiar about it having done it for most of my life.
I was a bit uneasy going to digital but having moved out of state, I wanted to keep apprised of the news back in the San Fernando Valley.
I signed up for the Daily News app and was very pleased to read the digital paper every day with such ease.
Clicking on the article that grabbed my attention & it loaded into a very readable page and was easy to get out of it and surf from section to section.
Overall, I’m very happy with this platform.

Terrific Access
We have four newspapers that we consult online as we travel. The Daily News app is very good compared to the others. The Daily News app is the first one we open each morning because of its dependability.

Fixing problems
For almost a year I had a number of problems with my LA Daily News e-Edition. They tried several times but no answers/solutions to the problems. I sent my same concerns to the APP when asked if I enjoy the APP. Within 24-32 hours, my year long problems were solved
