L’appli est plutôt mal faite mais fonctionne, pour avoir du son, il suffit de désactiver le mode silencieux.
Le son se coupe à chaque fois que l’écran n’est pas sur le lecteur. Les traductions en français sont correctes et l’audio bien réalisé

Avoir un casque pour le son
Prévoir un casque pour écouter l’audioguide. Je pense que c’est prévue pour éviter la cacophonie lors des visites. L’application devrait le préciser car des utilisateurs ont mis une mauvaise note pour un problème de son

Hopefully you are with someone who has an Android, otherwise you’re not going to hear anything 😞 I’d even take captions without audio.

You must use headphones or AirPods to hear this audio guide. Without them there is only silence. I’ve deleted a star in my rating because this essential information does not appear either in the description of the app or on the poster at the theater that shows the QR code which provides instant access to this app.

Waited 15 minutes to download the app and download the data using the museums WiFi. At 10 %. Giving up.

There is no sound. The app has one job. Play audio. It’s all downloaded and the progress bar looks like it’s playing but no sound is coming out. My phone volume is at max. Disappointing!

Unfortunately it seems the audio is not coming through - everything is downloaded, even multiple languages. The play button works and it looks like it should be playing, but there is no sound. Phone is on max volume.
