Again, just like the MLS app, no one is keeping it current. Example- still has an article on a Galaxy World Cup Watch party for the World Cup final. It is December 28th. Remove the reticle.

Can’t they hire someone to just keep this and the Galaxy portion of the MLS app current?
The app looks and works well- hope as the season gets closer, they just keep it current.

Can’t connect to AXS
Love my Galaxy but the app kicked me out of AXS, every time I click the sign in button nothing happens, appears that the button isn’t even working.

Can’t access tickets !
The app worked just fine with my tickets loaded in the app, now the day of home opener there is a big update but my tickets are gone and I can’t access them!
Latest Update won’t let me login to Axs
I can’t login to axs to view my tickets. I can login just fine on the website so I know my username and password are correct. Season Opener is today please fix ASAP

I was so excited that there was finally an update! And now it’s a night before the game and I can’t access the tickets with axs because it doesn’t recognize my login! And I checked a few times just in case I mistyped and logged in fine on the website!

The app is very slow, rarely gets updated. Not all features work. Can’t even contact support.
Players numbers and pictures are not posted and the season has already started.
For a club this big, to have an app like this is a spit in the fans face.

Worst app ever
I am a season ticket holder and I use the app for accessing tickets only. It is shocking to me that one of the most storied franchises in MLS history has such a poor reflection of its organization online. Does anyone from the LA Galaxy organization even use this app? Galaxy is a multimillion dollar sports entertainment company, how can you not create and maintain a decent website and smartphone application. No news, no photos, blank pages, inconsistent messaging. This needs help. I give it 1/2 star.

Thanks for your feedback! To access your tickets, just tap on "View my tickets" on the Tickets Screen and login with your Flashseats credentials. If you still don't see your tickets, please contact us at 877-3GALAXY (342-5299) or ticketplans@lagalaxy.com.

The Galaxy don’t update the app with new info. It could and should be a place where fans go for the latest information. The Featured
Players must be on automatic rotation, it is often a player on loan or no Longer playing for them and the info about the plaid often blank.
I have deleted the app from my phone.
