SI Tickets is awful
The SI Tickets integration is hot garbage. It couldn’t handle the user load before the match on 2/28 and crashed when the gates opened. Ticket transfers disappear for no reason. It’s a deeply flawed app, and it’s terrible that it’s required to get into the stadium.
Mobile ordering doesn’t work for me or my wife
I saw plenty of ads saying to download the app for mobile ordering. Arena website said the same. The mobile ordering part of the app loads an empty cart with no options for viewing or purchasing food.
Doesn’t find tickets bought in Australia
Bought tickets via Ticketmaster.au for women’s soccer vs Gotham City on 3 July 2022 at Red Bull Arena. Tickets do not appear in the app.

Checkout button for food not working
Have tried at 2 games now, can put food items in cart but checkout button doesn’t work. Needs fixing.
Worst app ever
I can’t believe this is the only way I can get my tickets. I have season tickets and every game I am trying to get this app work. Most of the time it just never opens and gets stuck on the loading screen. Then there are always problems with the Ticketmaster login. Why can’t they just make this simple.
