Awful app
Super glitchy. Even if it says I’m logged in, I cannot access my tickets on the dashboard. I always have to relog in on the website and it reverts back and forth between the website and the app. Poorly designed.

This app works maybe a quarter of the time. It’s next to impossible to get to my tickets or do anything with them.

trash, garbage, slow, glitchy, forever syncing. this app needs to be overhauled or put out of its own misery.

It has been months since I was forced to download this app as a Gotham season ticket member and it is still broken. B R O K E N. I’ve never been able to actually use it as intended because it is stuck in an infinite “syncing” loop. What’s the point of an app that doesn’t remember who you are and what is yours? And that question is even a hypothetical because it has never successfully synced. Isn’t there some middle school kid who can vibe code fix this? Do better.

This is quite literally the worst ticketing app I’ve ever used in my life, every weekend is a new battle to get my Gotham ticket open and scanned. Awful.
