Web passkey doesn’t auth for app
If you signed up on web and use passkey, then signing in on the app won’t authenticate correctly to deep link you back into the app. I had to reset my password and then was able to authenticate on the app.
Disaster of an App
For some reason the New York Red Bulls thought it would be a good idea to move ticketing to SI Tickets. It was a terrible idea. The App often glitches out at the stadium, stuck in an endless cycle of “synching account.” And there’s no way to add tickets to your Apple Wallet during the random times it actually works. Avoid.

Horrible app. Never loads when “syncing account”, no matter what you do (turn off VPN, whatever). Unbelievable that on this day and age you still have to deal with this trash
Forced to use this terrible app
My season tickets are through this app so I must use it. I repeatedly have to uninstall and reinstall the app because the “ticket syncing” breaks and never loads. You’d think a ticket app would at least be able to consistently display tickets
