Awful app
Super glitchy. Even if it says I’m logged in, I cannot access my tickets on the dashboard. I always have to relog in on the website and it reverts back and forth between the website and the app. Poorly designed.

It has been months since I was forced to download this app as a Gotham season ticket member and it is still broken. B R O K E N. I’ve never been able to actually use it as intended because it is stuck in an infinite “syncing” loop. What’s the point of an app that doesn’t remember who you are and what is yours? And that question is even a hypothetical because it has never successfully synced. Isn’t there some middle school kid who can vibe code fix this? Do better.

The woooorrrrrst
This is quite literally the worst ticketing app I’ve ever used in my life, every weekend is a new battle to get my Gotham ticket open and scanned. Awful.

I can’t view my tickets because the app gets stuck in “syncing” and never does anything. Shame on the developer.

Downloaded for Gotham FC season tickets. Constantly waiting for what seems forever while app is always “syncing account”
Web passkey doesn’t auth for app
If you signed up on web and use passkey, then signing in on the app won’t authenticate correctly to deep link you back into the app. I had to reset my password and then was able to authenticate on the app.
Disaster of an App
For some reason the New York Red Bulls thought it would be a good idea to move ticketing to SI Tickets. It was a terrible idea. The App often glitches out at the stadium, stuck in an endless cycle of “synching account.” And there’s no way to add tickets to your Apple Wallet during the random times it actually works. Avoid.

This app is so bad. I don’t even understand. All this app has to do is keep track of digital tickets and reliably display them. That’s it. And it just. Can’t do it. I literally don’t even understand how this is legal. This app has single handedly made being a Gotham FC season ticket holder a bad experience.

Can’t login
I hit Sign In and it leaves app and goes to a browser. I log into browser and nothing happens in the app. It doesn’t go back to app, and manually going back to app it is not logged in.

Every time I try to retrieve my tickets it just loads forever. I have to delete and redownload the app. Please also make it so we can save the tickets to the iPhone wallet so we don’t have to mess with your crumby app!

Horrible app. Never loads when “syncing account”, no matter what you do (turn off VPN, whatever). Unbelievable that on this day and age you still have to deal with this trash
Forced to use this terrible app
My season tickets are through this app so I must use it. I repeatedly have to uninstall and reinstall the app because the “ticket syncing” breaks and never loads. You’d think a ticket app would at least be able to consistently display tickets
Can I give zero stars?
Do you know how bad a ticketing app needs to be, to make TicketMaster look good. This is arguably the worst-developed app I’ve ever used…more functions don’t work, than work. It’s almost like a failed high school project on how to build an app.
This app is horrible
We were recently switched to the sports illustrated app for our season tickets which you have to access live with thousands of people doing the same from the internet. You cannot download them ahead of time. The app never works you have to go on the internet to their website while awkwardly standing in line to get into the event. Trash doesn’t even describe the app, this needs to improve!!!

This app is awful
Half of the time when I log into my tickets are gone, which means I need to re-install. I can’t resell or add to my wallet. Who knew I’d miss Ticketmaster so much.
Useless
The app works terrible. Constantly “syncing account”, even when connected to fast wifi. Tickets never load. Lucky SI tickets website is more reliable and allows you to download to Apple Wallet. SI tickets seem ok, but the app is a total failure.
