Nothing works
I can’t login. I can’t reset my password because it won’t send me an email. I can’t even access my account through the website and it’s been weeks. Please fix the problem soon!

New App is bad
They ruined what used to be a simple basic app into an app that doesn’t even show the labels of your multiple accounts or connected accounts. Cannot even login on the website and phones are so busy handling all their disgruntled customers. Now just trying to get my money so I can move banks.
Worst App in history
Because this app is so horrible I will be moving banks. I cannot believe that after a system and app upgrade that I can’t even see where to pay bills. Would recommend moving banks so that you can have a user friendly system.
Deposits
Deposits and transfers take over 48 hours to submit even when submitted on a Friday morning. I submitted a deposit Friday morning at 8 AM and it was not posted until Monday morning.

Simple and effective

Functional
Easy to use. Very functional. Has the most important issues I need. However, often it freezes when trying to use it overseas
It's good when it works
A lot of times when I'm on-the-go, I use the app to check in a hurry, but occasionally, the app doesn't load the information. Don't know if it's because La Loma is doing maintenance on the app, but it's frustrating.

This application is very useful for busy individuals who just don't have the time to run to the bank to make deposits and exchanges. Very easy to use and understand!

Surprisingly a great app!
I was surprised to find this app so easy to use and very comparable to major banking insitution's mobile & tablet apps. I will be more than happy to change this to 5 stars once they get the photo deposit for checks! Other than that, I am very pleased with this app!
