Terrible App

I recently learned that LaMesa Restaurant can no longer see rewards I purchased with earned points. I lost 150 points. I feel they should be credited back to my account.

Great Food, Lousy App

App won’t open for me consistently. Doesn’t matter if I’ve just restarted, have no other apps open. App crash is strong with this one.

Are you trying to not have to honor peoples points? Terrible thing to do to your return customers. There are other Mexican restaurants!!!

Awful app

I can rarely get the app to open, and when I do, it is constantly asking me to login again, but then won’t allow me to. I have missed being able to use my birthday gift, earn rewards, and use earned rewards. The app has gone downhill as much as the food. Go back to pinpoint.

The app is simply awful. You cannot earn rewards while ordering on it because it actually takes you to revelup and away from the app. Worthless garbage.
