Cette app permet d’avoir son suivi médical organisé dans une seule app et également d’avoir accès à l’essentiel des ressources utiles pour les adolescents atteints de maladies chroniques (asthme, allergies, maladies plus rares...).
Elle a été pensée par des médecins et soignants de l’hôpital Necker à Paris avec des jeunes qui y sont suivis. Elle répond aux besoins que les patients adolescents et jeunes adultes ont exprimés.
