Mobile deposit and external account

Your bank app is not good at all you need to upgrade it is not allowe mobile deposit and is also not allow external account to make a transfer why all this your bank is not standard as I think it is please I want you to find solution to this is not working good for me at all

Not working

I had my user ID changed and password reset about a month or so ago. Now all of a sudden it’s not letting me sign in. I’m really frustrated because I wrote down my user and password but the app is not accepting them. It’s saying not valid or correct. I’ve checked the punctuation marks and spelling and there still not working. I’m not happy. Please fix this issue I don’t want to have to drive to the other side of town just to go to a atm machine just to get a balance.
