I LOVE this app!
I have been listening to and following this app for many months. I have enjoyed each session. The music and words are calming, relaxing, and soothing. The voices, sound and colors transport us to a place of peace and healing. I especially love the app to counter insomnia and the one to strengthen our immune systems. I have recommended this app to my friends and highly recommend it to everyone.

Highly recommend the headache and insomnia practices!
I’ve tried other meditation apps for relaxing and calming down before sleep. But la Via Gentile did much more than that. The combination of the sound therapy, acupressure and visualization with colors was very effective in helping me achieve longer term relief from constant headaches also poor sleep.
For headaches, I use it daily and whenever i had a headache. The acupressure and the sound immersion immediately helps.
With my poor sleep, after a month of regular sessions ever night, I feel a marked difference in the level of insomnia. Even on the days that I dont use the practice, i feel much better equipped to just normally fall asleep. This practices have truly made a difference in my sleep habits.
