App Does Not Work
I downloaded the app, but when I open it it tells me I need to download a new update. There is no new update to download. I can’t get pass the Home Screen.

Downloaded the app to view a couch in my space. All I get is a screen asking me to sign up with my postal code and email. Even after signing up with postal code and email. Even when choosing a category under "shop". Or Services. Or customer service. Or about. You get the idea. It's not me, it's you.

App is fine BUT DO NOT PURCHASE LA-Z-BOY
Bought the first of many pieces (over the years) in 1982- THE QUALITY TODAY IS POOR IN COMPARISON. You will spend more than average on furniture which is delivered poorly constructed and assembled and often damaged too. Trying to get this fixed to your satisfaction (because who doesn't want to get what they were promised?) will lead to MANY hours on hold with the Minnesota call center. “Repair” appointments are scheduled 3 months out for the furniture that you waited 10 months for.

App malfunction
What’s the purpose of advertising a virtual reality AR function of it never works?-EVERY single time I try to “see what it looks like” and try to use the app, I get an error message that says “we cannot load this product xxy-494”

Installed and got error codes on every single thing I tried to view in AR. Nice idea but a complete waste of time if it doesn’t work. Quickest I’ve ever deleted an app.
Can’t view sectionals
The whole point of mentioning this feature on your website is to allow people to use it. Why advertise it on sectionals if it won’t work on them.

The app is useless. You cannot view anything virtually in your room. There is NOTHING to click on where it should be. In AR to view it the instructions say to download the app when I’m already IN the app…..strange!!

I click on the “View sofa in your room” link and it just brings me to the app store, rather than allowing me to use the AR features. Seems broken. Everything else about the app is just a repeat of the website, so basically a useless app.

This app is trash. Spent 30+ minutes trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. What is the point of trying to customize my potential product in about a thumb length of space just to tell me that I need to contact the store. I have an iPhone 8’s plus. Big screen that I should be able to look at more on the page than the same blank plain couch. All this time struggling sobered me up. Now I’m mad. Don’t download this trash.

Awful app - never able to use - deleted
La-z-boy makes the absolute worst app in the home furnishings category. It is so bad I have never been able to find what I’m looking for. Gave up and deleted this junk. Sadly I really love their products. Prefer them. Now we are looking to furnish another room, but the frustration of trying to shop their app has driven me to competitors apps. My La-z-boy credit card goes unused as I shop other companies apps and use their cards. Until these guys catch up to reality that folks shop on their phones rather than their laptops, we’ll take our money elsewhere.

APP not working at all
I was at the store we picked out chairs and they told us to use the app to see how it would look. I have now tried it 3 times on my phone or iPad. And the pages do come up, but anything that has to be selected does not work, the filter does not come up, the fabric selection does not come up. And when I clicked on the link for view just the chair as is. It kicked me out of the APP. Very disappointed.

Tried checking out from the website and the app and failed with different errors each time. Tried various cards with simplest option (paying in full). It’s 2020, I shouldn’t have to call a rep to order from you if you have a website and app.
