I downloaded the app, but when I open it it tells me I need to download a new update. There is no new update to download. I can’t get pass the Home Screen.

Does nothing but ask for email

Downloaded the app to view a couch in my space. All I get is a screen asking me to sign up with my postal code and email. Even after signing up with postal code and email. Even when choosing a category under "shop". Or Services. Or customer service. Or about. You get the idea. It's not me, it's you.

App is fine BUT DO NOT PURCHASE LA-Z-BOY

Bought the first of many pieces (over the years) in 1982- THE QUALITY TODAY IS POOR IN COMPARISON. You will spend more than average on furniture which is delivered poorly constructed and assembled and often damaged too. Trying to get this fixed to your satisfaction (because who doesn't want to get what they were promised?) will lead to MANY hours on hold with the Minnesota call center. “Repair” appointments are scheduled 3 months out for the furniture that you waited 10 months for.
Don’t shop La-Z-Boy.
