Bookings • The list now opens on today, then what's coming, then what's been — grouped as Today, Coming up and Earlier, so nothing is hidden and the day's work is the first thing you see. • Free times now account for the instructor's own connected Google or Apple calendar. A time the app offers is a time that will save. • When no times are free, the form says whether it's your bookings or the instructor's own calendar — and lists the blocked times, so you can tell a full diary from a blocked day. • A block of lessons that can't be booked now names which lesson, and when it is. • New Booking offers only the test centres the chosen instructor actually covers. • Reschedule can be completed, and offers the free times rather than a blank wheel. • "Find someone else free" takes a search window you choose, moves the time and re-prices. • Booking details now shows the taxable amount and GST, the notification history, and what has been collected. • My Schedule: a lesson with no pickup point shows the student's address instead of a dash, and says whose it is. Tap for directions. Instructors and payouts • Lesson rows on a payout show the student and their number, the service, and the start and end time. Tap the number to call. • Record Payment asks who collected the money, and Mark Paid asks how it was paid. Invoicing and accounting • The HSN/SAC field is a proper searchable dropdown. • An expense category's parent account can be chosen again. • Editing a note on a paid invoice no longer asks for the owner password. • Transfers offer every account, not only banks. • Tax labels are named for your company's country. • A student's statement can be opened straight from the student. Payroll and expenses • Payslips can be downloaded, and say what actually arrived. • Mileage: the keyboard no longer covers the notes, the customer list is searchable, and Draft means the same thing everywhere. • Timesheets no longer claim you have no profile while showing your own hours. Students, vendors and contacts • Filters for Also Vendor and Has GSTIN/ABN/TIN, named for your country. • Alternate phone numbers, and a profile photo can be removed again. • Phone numbers are shown and dialled with their country code. • Malaysian companies get TIN, BRN and SST in one place. Marketing • The dashboard takes a date window, shows its alerts, and its figures say what they mean. Read Rate is now measured against what was delivered. Plus a long list of smaller fixes and speed improvements throughout.
