If you’re trying to put on muscle and work toward calisthenics goals like handstand push-up and planche, this program is for you.
The LCF program makes you train effectively by first building muscle then training you on how to use your muscle for strength and skill. No short cuts or hacks here. Just hard work and the most importantly, time.
The app is super simple and the clean interface doesn’t get in the way of my workouts. It’s somehow more simple than good ole paper and pencil. I love it.
