Not at all happy
I received a lifetime free offer during a special promotion. However, since I don't shop frequently, when I finally attempted to use it, I discovered that my account was no longer accessible. Furthermore, I didn't find any option to restore my purchases. Because of this issue, I have deleted the app and left a review expressing my dissatisfaction.

Last update broke app
The app just doesn’t work after answering first questions (the developer added skip to several of them in order to respect privacy of users, which is feat by the way) after setting “custom plan” the app just don’t work, no matter how many times you press the button “Get Started” it just doesn’t work at all. Last update broke app
Once a very simple an useful app this last update completely broken the app without allowing to continue after bunch of questions to “personalize” your experience. Please avoid this kind of questions, we don’t want an experience we want a fully operational app that does what used to do. Regards

Needs more nuance than just Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten Free
When the app starts it asks about your diet and the only options are No Restrictions, Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten free. No nuance for including No Beef, or No Pork, or Pescatarian, or Fruitarian, etc. The app developer should understand that there is much more nuance with dietary options than the 4 options offered.

I love this app! It’s very easy to use. Quick to scan barcodes. It provides a good summary about the healthfulness of the product, including identifying harmful ingredients, less healthy ingredients that should be minimized, etc. excellent interface, and as a pleasure to use it!

Very Useful for Those With Dietary Concerns
If you or a loved one have dietary restrictions or allergies, this app is great for quickly telling you what ingredients are present and how processed your foods are. I was also able to use it for fish food (a great feature for animal lovers) and cosmetic serums. It is user-friendly and simple to set up and customize.

Easy and fast sign up process.
Many healthy & beauty bar codes do not scan therefore taking pictures of the ingredient list, which actually works great. Once the ingredient list picture is taken or bar code scanned, the information provided is great in detail. It gives me an overall breakdown and rating on how it may benefit me or effect me.
This information is very useful because health & beauty products with lots of chemicals can be harmful.
The "Should You Buy", "For You", and "Health Impacts" sections are great to give advice to the consumer, helping them in their purchasing journey. Also the Suggested Questions and Answers section gives even more useful information.
The functionality of the app works great. I did not experience any bugs or anything to slow it down at all. The only issue as mentioned was some common brand name bar codes not scanning. Overall I would give the app a 4/5 rating.

Your app should be in the paid category. Why list it as green if I have to pay to actually to use the basic features and make sure it works for finding my products?
