Version unclear
This version is called “3” on the homepage there is a fully different app, called version “5”. So what is going on here? Is this version outdated? This App needs Rosetta on macOS 27, it will be outdated soon!

I really like this app. It works well for me and my needs. However, when I recently opened it to print some labels, there is a fee to use almost all of the fonts. And the fee is a bit high. I’ll have to look around for another app to use.
Can no longer print without paid subscription
My app has a glitch, at best. When I press the check mark to print it takes me to a popup to buy Labellife’s paid subscription packages. Shameful business practice.
Not user friendly
Does not connect with the label maker without complications
Use to function okay, now it’s awful.
This was never a great app, the UI is awful, but it always did the job you needed. It use to function, but not you can’t even see half the screen when you’re typing. If I didn’t have so many things saved in this app I’d switch immediately. Please fix the UI
Please bring back the reset button
If I have an issue with printing labels, I was able to select the printer, then reset (if printing was off). The latest versions have removed that feature (or I cannot find where it’s now located) I just wasted a bunch of labels because it wasn’t printing all of the information. This was a handy little tool until that feature was removed.

Not great
Can’t log in, can create an account. No fonts available. Really wish I had gone with another printer.
App sucks
Ever since they updated the app, can’t connect to the printer at all, customer service sucks they couldn’t even help me out.
Great but…
What will happen with this app once Apple support for PC chip is gone? What other option do I have. It works well, and I have not issues, but want to know what to use in the future!
Charging subscription now
Used to be able to use a bunch of features on this app. Now they want to charge a subscription to use different things that used to be free. Not fair to the people who have been using ! Shame.
New Update Completely Bricked app
Ive been religiously using this app for my ebay sales and depop for promoting labels and with this new patch i cant even get into the app. It’s been about a week now and ive resorted to using another app now to just print out my labels. I’ll update my review once I see the effort put in
Great for quick labels
Until I bought this little machine, I was printing labels from my laptop. Now I just send the info to Labelife from my phone and it prints both the label and packing slip.
*I had to do a few test runs until I figured out what works for me. The directions for printing are designed for the function of printing use- not “how to actually print”, but 5 minutes of trial and error took care of that.
I like the machine. Happy with the purchase.

App is unresponsive
It’s clunky trying to get around in it to begin with, but when you try and open the app and it does nothing but show a logo? This is for business. I’m not amused.
App won’t open after the update
This app get stuck on the initial logo screen and won’t load. Can’t print labels with your label printer now because of the app’s malfunction. Please fix asap.
Auto cropping Now hidden behind subscription
I used to have to manually crop in order to print shipping labels, but the latest update auto crops, which was great. Now it’s hidden behind a subscription fee. Very disappointing.
Terrible
I purchased this 8/12/26 and used it for one day. After that, it kept prompting me to start a trial or subscribe. Customer service would not respond/rectify the problem. Had to contact my bank to dispute charges, even though I had proof that my renewal date was 8/13/27.
Great app!
Been using this app for my Shopify business for years. I have bought high end zebra printers and others and their software was brutal. Label life is super easy to use
Bad Update
Vorher ging alles super aber seit dem neuesten Update erkennt der Drucker die Label Größe nicht mehr von allein und macht nur Mist!
Awful updates
After the app update I constantly get a PDF format error. I have to delete the app and reinstall every time I need to print something.
Lost templates
It sucks when an update happens because then my printer won’t connect. I went through ALL the suggested steps more than once - and still no printer connection. Thus left me with the only option to uninstall and reinstall the app. When I had to do this, I lost ALL of my templates. Y just happened to me again for the second time with the automatic update - I wish I would have had the choice because I wouldn’t have updated since I lost everything before. I even tried to save all of my templates before uninstalling, but had no luck doing so. The app isn’t compatible in that way. Otherwise, I love the app and the cute labels I was able to do. Plus the fast printing is awesome. Now I’ll have to put in at least two hours or more to recreate them. I’ll probably be looking for another printer and app.
