Looking for a new system
Your last update where you make almost all your fonts require a monthly fee to access has left me looking for another thermal printer. Monthly access fee and reasonably costly.
You could at least separated the fonts you require a monthly fee to access, instead of mixing them in with the ones you can get for free makes it very hard to design find the ones you have access to without paying.
You could’ve left more fonts free
You need to fix it so that it works better with iPads.
Update that change how it functions makes it frustrating, worse is there is nothing posted info on the new changes.

Auto cropping is a game changer!
I used to have to manually crop in order to print shipping labels, but the latest update auto crops, and it’s so much better! Thank you for adding this much-needed feature!
Bad
I habe premium für 60€ and the AI is not working often, until I restart the app + connectivity with the printer is really bad and unstable. Premium für 60€ is also too expensive for this cheap ai auto cutting tool thats not even working perfectly…

Disconnects all of the time and then have to restart app

I paid for the printer… But the app is telling me I have to now buy a separate subscription in order to use the software? Rip off!!! I should never have to buy a separate subscription in order to use a printer that I invested money in. Absurd. I would rather buy another printer than have to pay for a subscription.

They introduced subscription for some basic editing tools
You have to be ashamed of your for autocrop or some basic patterns that can be downloaded from anywhere you have to pay them
App requires pricey membership
Used to be free. Now it wants 14.99 !!!! A month for an app to continue to use the printer I already paid for. This was not the case when I bought it. DO NOT BUY
Not consistent
This app works when it wants to, but most of the time connecting it to the printer is impossible and the app freezes. I usually have to restart the app and printer 10+ times
to get it to work. As soon as I have the funds, I will upgrade! Unless you are poor like me, do not get this one!!!

Don’t want to update it
I’m so scared to update it. The first time I did I couldn’t use my label for 6 months and then they did a new update where my phone updated it on its own and I was able to use it again. Now I’m scared to update it. Also keep in mind I kept emailing the people and they told me it was a fairly on my end with technical stuff when I kept telling them it was an app thing.

App has such a poor rating because I’ve found that it is the BEST of any that I’ve tested thus far and that’s a lot! It gives almost all features but extra fonts for free and still gives enough for most uses.
HOWEVER, I am BEGGING the developers to make the canvas of the label a different color than the background. I use this labeled to create labels for identification cuz i’m legally blind and I can’t tell you how many labels I’ve wasted cuz I can’t tell where the canvas begins and ends. I mean, a white canvas and nearly identical white background? It’s a nightmare! I prefer dark mode and see better when everything is black so may just make a border around the label size that is white when in dark mode and black in light mode. If you did that, I would think this is the best app out there. Thank you!!

This App is not respecting the APPLE Guidelines
I would like to report an issue with this macOS application: it installs its system files and folders directly into the user's Documents folder (~/Documents), which does not comply with Apple's macOS guidelines.

I used this free app for two weeks in March and paid $33, yet I keep being charged monthly for it! There is no disclaimer, no fine print, and certainly no way of cancelling or contacting the developer. This is SCAMMING and FRAUD AND IT IS VERY ILLEGAL!!!
Awesome when it works.
Was working ok until last week. I’ve been trying to get it to connect to my WiFi, but it doesn’t list ANY WiFi networks nearby which is truly odd.

Beaucoup de bugs, l’application ressemble à une page de publicité, plutôt qu’à un logiciel sérieux, plusieurs fonctionnalités manquantes, édition pénible, bref…à éviter. Malheureusement Phomemo n’utilise que ce software, ils vont perdre leurs clients. Dommage, leurs imprimantes thermiques sont bonnes. Le logiciel est pitoyable.

Bad printer connection
Worse printer ever. This thing connects when it wants to. I’ve wasted so much time trying to connect to it. Finally threw it on the floor.

Still working years after purchase
I purchased this little workhorse of a printer years ago and it is still printing my labels. Yes it does have a few quirks but nothing worth mentioning. I will mention the support staff has been able to walk me through getting my printer back online twice, and it was super easy and they handled the call for service in a professional manner and both times they were very friendly. I highly recommend

Although it sometimes disconnects from wireless, I have found this to be a great app for all my label and sticker needs.
