Great but…
What will happen with this app once Apple support for PC chip is gone? What other option do I have. It works well, and I have not issues, but want to know what to use in the future!
New Update Completely Bricked app
Ive been religiously using this app for my ebay sales and depop for promoting labels and with this new patch i cant even get into the app. It’s been about a week now and ive resorted to using another app now to just print out my labels. I’ll update my review once I see the effort put in
Great for quick labels
Until I bought this little machine, I was printing labels from my laptop. Now I just send the info to Labelife from my phone and it prints both the label and packing slip.
*I had to do a few test runs until I figured out what works for me. The directions for printing are designed for the function of printing use- not “how to actually print”, but 5 minutes of trial and error took care of that.
I like the machine. Happy with the purchase.

Great app!
Been using this app for my Shopify business for years. I have bought high end zebra printers and others and their software was brutal. Label life is super easy to use
Bad Update
Vorher ging alles super aber seit dem neuesten Update erkennt der Drucker die Label Größe nicht mehr von allein und macht nur Mist!
Lost templates
It sucks when an update happens because then my printer won’t connect. I went through ALL the suggested steps more than once - and still no printer connection. Thus left me with the only option to uninstall and reinstall the app. When I had to do this, I lost ALL of my templates. Y just happened to me again for the second time with the automatic update - I wish I would have had the choice because I wouldn’t have updated since I lost everything before. I even tried to save all of my templates before uninstalling, but had no luck doing so. The app isn’t compatible in that way. Otherwise, I love the app and the cute labels I was able to do. Plus the fast printing is awesome. Now I’ll have to put in at least two hours or more to recreate them. I’ll probably be looking for another printer and app.

It used to be free when I first purchased the printer, now to print you need to pay a subscription fee every month? Ridiculous
Looking for a new system
Your last update where you make almost all your fonts require a monthly fee to access has left me looking for another thermal printer. Monthly access fee and reasonably costly.
You could at least separated the fonts you require a monthly fee to access, instead of mixing them in with the ones you can get for free makes it very hard to design find the ones you have access to without paying.
You could’ve left more fonts free
You need to fix it so that it works better with iPads.
Update that change how it functions makes it frustrating, worse is there is nothing posted info on the new changes.

Auto cropping is a game changer!
I used to have to manually crop in order to print shipping labels, but the latest update auto crops, and it’s so much better! Thank you for adding this much-needed feature!

Suddenly features that used to be free are locked behind an expensive subscription?? It’s not enough to purchase the printer to be able to fully use it; now they want you to pony up more for the app required for it to work. What a scam.
Bad
I habe premium für 60€ and the AI is not working often, until I restart the app + connectivity with the printer is really bad and unstable. Premium für 60€ is also too expensive for this cheap ai auto cutting tool thats not even working perfectly…

Disconnects all of the time and then have to restart app

I paid for the printer… But the app is telling me I have to now buy a separate subscription in order to use the software? Rip off!!! I should never have to buy a separate subscription in order to use a printer that I invested money in. Absurd. I would rather buy another printer than have to pay for a subscription.

Ive been using this app for a while since the printer i bought said to use this, this is so dumb.
They introduced subscription for some basic editing tools
You have to be ashamed of your for autocrop or some basic patterns that can be downloaded from anywhere you have to pay them
App requires pricey membership
Used to be free. Now it wants 14.99 !!!! A month for an app to continue to use the printer I already paid for. This was not the case when I bought it. DO NOT BUY
Not consistent
This app works when it wants to, but most of the time connecting it to the printer is impossible and the app freezes. I usually have to restart the app and printer 10+ times
to get it to work. As soon as I have the funds, I will upgrade! Unless you are poor like me, do not get this one!!!

Don’t want to update it
I’m so scared to update it. The first time I did I couldn’t use my label for 6 months and then they did a new update where my phone updated it on its own and I was able to use it again. Now I’m scared to update it. Also keep in mind I kept emailing the people and they told me it was a fairly on my end with technical stuff when I kept telling them it was an app thing.
