Some of it works
When trying to select fonts for text some of them don’t exactly work and they just disappear. This is probably because they all first pop up in Chinese Mandarin but I can’t complain because I bought this printer for $10 on Amazon. Also if you can fix the desktop version or make it so I can use this app on my desktop. That would be pretty cool because it really doesn’t work on a computer. The printer overall is working fine and I have the model T003. Also if I have a continuous role, I should be able to print as long of pages I would likeit’s telling me that the maximum length is only 4.13 inches long, which is unfair.

GARBAGE LABEL PRINTER
It will not save labels I created. One minute it’s working the next minute it’s garbage. I’m a small business owner and this is unacceptable. I’ll have to buy a more expensive one and hopefully that’ll do the trick. Just because something is a reasonable price doesn’t mean it’ll give you expensive results.

You broke it.
My printer was fine and now it’s garbage. It won’t print the correct size as shown on the screen 4”x 6” but it prints about half of the label and it’s way off to the side. Have tried everything. But I need to print everyday so probably gonna trash this and never buy again. It used to work well but it’s trash now

Not great
I changed the size to 4 x 6 but it still prints the same way every time which is probably 2 x 2 and it doesn’t print in the center of the paper it prints to the top right can’t do anything to change it
