Some of it works
When trying to select fonts for text some of them don’t exactly work and they just disappear. This is probably because they all first pop up in Chinese Mandarin but I can’t complain because I bought this printer for $10 on Amazon. Also if you can fix the desktop version or make it so I can use this app on my desktop. That would be pretty cool because it really doesn’t work on a computer. The printer overall is working fine and I have the model T003. Also if I have a continuous role, I should be able to print as long of pages I would likeit’s telling me that the maximum length is only 4.13 inches long, which is unfair.
Overall, if you’re downloading this, it’s because you want to use your printer and for what I use it for I think it’s fine

GARBAGE LABEL PRINTER
It will not save labels I created. One minute it’s working the next minute it’s garbage. I’m a small business owner and this is unacceptable. I’ll have to buy a more expensive one and hopefully that’ll do the trick. Just because something is a reasonable price doesn’t mean it’ll give you expensive results.

You broke it.
My printer was fine and now it’s garbage. It won’t print the correct size as shown on the screen 4”x 6” but it prints about half of the label and it’s way off to the side. Have tried everything. But I need to print everyday so probably gonna trash this and never buy again. It used to work well but it’s trash now

Not great
I changed the size to 4 x 6 but it still prints the same way every time which is probably 2 x 2 and it doesn’t print in the center of the paper it prints to the top right can’t do anything to change it

Last Update Broke It
The app was working fine for me until this latest update. Now I can’t print from my Etsy Seller app or from Etsy on Safari. The whole point of buying this printer with Bluetooth functionality was so I didn’t have to mess with using my regular printer. At this point it is just a brick.

Update: It’s been a couple of months and the app is still not fixed. I was able to get a shipping label to print by downloading it to Google drive and uploading it from there.

Not working after recent update!
Everything was working fine up until the recent update. Now I can’t send the PDF to print directly from my safari browser, it comes up blank on the app and says there’s no PDF file. Such a hassle!! Please fix asap, this is an incredibly annoying inconvenience as a small business owner.
Please fix there’s a bug
Like the two recent review said there’s a bug. Every time I go to print it says PDF page count is zero. And then it just shows a blank page. I’m happy to do double the work by saving it to files and then printing from there when I was just able to print from safari. Please fix.

BUG WITH UPDATE: usually I open a pdf file on the browser and click open in 4Barcode but since the update it does not open the app .

Beautiful app
Unfortunately it doesn’t do anything when attempting to print to a zebra printer that supports zpl.
App works great!
First got the package was easily set up. Then tried to print from Bluetooth it took a minute to figure out but once you do this is a great buy for cheap. This is compatible with the vretti printer!!

All i want is to rotate the image, and it doesnt work if I want to crop and rotate the shipping label since last update. Unusable.
Terrible experience
I cannot for the life of me adjust label rotation and size. I use 4x6 shipping label paper stack and it keeps printing tiny. I can't figure out how to adjust it so it's full size
Absolute Rubbish
Iv Had issues with my thermal printer from the get go, Bluetooth disconnects as soon as you try to print something and then the app crashes!
