Worked great.. then it didn’t

A little frustrated I used it for about two weeks and it worked excellent no problems. And then suddenly the labels aren’t showing up on the app it says they’ve been transferred over but there’s no picture and when you go to print it just says printing and doesn’t actually print anything until you force close it!! I looked to see if there was an update I tried re-downloading. If I can’t get this to work I have to return the printer!! Luckily it happened before the return period was over!!
