What is this?
I’m convinced the good reviews are the employees posting them or the creator on multiple accounts. This is one of the worst apps on the app market for label printing. The entire thing seems like a scam - the printer that brings you to this app is trash but has great reviews on Amazon, you can’t download drivers from the website which is also trash, the UI is misspelled and janky.
You sell a printer that barely works, I can’t get it to print a PWE shipping label for eBay and messing with the dimensions for hours only leads to frustration and a label that you can barely read.
Why can I not plug this in, my computer discover it as a printer and then print shipping labels? Why is that not an option? Horrible experience I will be returning the printer.

It take half an hour to connect
Horrible! Try any other printer. It’s so bad

The crop a pdf function is broken, and the cropped area prints really small on the 4x6 label

Used to work great but then they changed something and makes it terrible
SCAM! RETURN ASAP
This printer is some weird scam made to work in the beginning then deliberately stop working after one use. I took it to best buy and even watched tutorials and they said it’s a defective issue. Do not waste ur moneh on a cheap printer, they only care for sales, not the actual usage of making a good product.
