Hard to use
I have gone in circles trying to figure out how to print a label.
Connects to printer 2/10 times
If it connects it works, usually have to wait 2-5 mins for it to connect to printer. I have used several printers that use the same app. It’s not the printer it’s not my iPhone it’s the APP that sucks
Perfection
I use this every day to print shipping labels. It incorporates seamlessly with eBay and Poshmark generated labels to print with just a couple clicks. Saves me tons of time.

What is this?
I’m convinced the good reviews are the employees posting them or the creator on multiple accounts. This is one of the worst apps on the app market for label printing. The entire thing seems like a scam - the printer that brings you to this app is trash but has great reviews on Amazon, you can’t download drivers from the website which is also trash, the UI is misspelled and janky.
You sell a printer that barely works, I can’t get it to print a PWE shipping label for eBay and messing with the dimensions for hours only leads to frustration and a label that you can barely read.
Why can I not plug this in, my computer discover it as a printer and then print shipping labels? Why is that not an option? Horrible experience I will be returning the printer.

It take half an hour to connect
Horrible! Try any other printer. It’s so bad

The crop a pdf function is broken, and the cropped area prints really small on the 4x6 label

SCAM! RETURN ASAP
This printer is some weird scam made to work in the beginning then deliberately stop working after one use. I took it to best buy and even watched tutorials and they said it’s a defective issue. Do not waste ur moneh on a cheap printer, they only care for sales, not the actual usage of making a good product.

I like that you are updating the app, and it looks better, but you got rid of text alignment within the block of text. Can you bring that back please?

I’m not sure if it updated or what happened but now when I open a PDF and share to this app it no longer opens it for me to print. I have to save the file and then browse for it instead of

Since last updated, labels only print maybe 1/4 of each!! Very frustrating as the company won’t help me out and email me back!!

Since last update my printer has started only printing half labels. Please do resolve this issue

NO DELETE PREVIOUS LABEL BUTTON
Once you’ve used this for awhile, it becomes incredibly difficult to use. There is no way to delete previous .pdf labels that you’ve printed. When you add a new .pdf, it randomly add’s it to the list. It’s not alphabetical or chronological. So now every time I print a new .pdf, I need to scroll through hundreds of .pdf file names to find it. FIX THIS!!!

Can no longer export pdf labels to zlabel as of iOS26
Love the printer and the app, but as of iOS 26, I can no longer share pdf labels to Zlabel. When sharing, zlabel opens, but the pdf does not appear.
