Can not get the printer to work with my Mac… unable to find down load no good help solutions

This app is trash. The updates are terrible. Slow and buggy.
Worked great.. then it didn’t
A little frustrated I used it for about two weeks and it worked excellent no problems. And then suddenly the labels aren’t showing up on the app it says they’ve been transferred over but there’s no picture and when you go to print it just says printing and doesn’t actually print anything until you force close it!! I looked to see if there was an update I tried re-downloading. If I can’t get this to work I have to return the printer!! Luckily it happened before the return period was over!!

Glitchy
Works sometimes and other times has a few issues. Updating/resetting the app seems to end up resolving things.
Ability to add labels from 3rd party images.
How about adding options to be able add labels from other action sides that was saved as image or pdf so when I save images of labels from Amazon eBay or other I can add them to app to print them.

This message pops up when I save a new label

Was ok, now terrible
The app is just okay… it used to automatically connect to the printer and now it doesn’t. Every time the app is closed, you need to click on the printer to connect it. It’s an extra 4 button presses just to connect the printer before you can print. Also, now every time you open the app it says you need to update, but there is no newer version available in the App Store. This has been happening for several weeks.

Works Great!
Initially, I was hesitant buying because I was reading some of the reviews, but I got the printer. I followed the instructions and it works great. I’ve been using it from my phone. The Bluetooth no problems had it for 6 months now
Update Needs to be Fixed
The update doesn’t allow me to print any of my labels anymore. Please fix this as soon as possible
Update ruined it
I had to update today and now I’ve lost all my labels and cannot login. I’ve spent HOURS creating labels for me business and they are all gone!
Awful
App was irritating no way to sort, organize, or delete document history. And now with the new update, the software doesn’t support my printer!
Missing Features
There is no ability to select all files under the Local folder. I sent feedback to the app developer months ago and heard nothing back. Seems like a simple feature to have to allow users to select all and to choose delete files at once. Once this feature gets added I will update my review to either 4 or 5 stars.

It works
This has worked for me without signing up for anything while I sell things online. It’s easy. I had to learn to use it but once I got it, it has helped me print shipping labels as well as little thank you stickers.
Works flawlessly
Bought a cheap amazon label printer that i use with my Poshmark and other e-commerce stores. This printer replaced my Dymo one that out of no where started malfunctioning and i had nonstop issues with. This cheap label printer and this HereLabel app has given me the ability to print labels from anywhere at my home and get my packages out way more quickly. The app connects flawlessly and prints unbelievably fast.
