Very improved
The new operating service that was updated recently for the app is smoother, faster, more convenient, and much more user friendly than before. To say it was an upgrade would be an understatement.

The new app works really well for me and has all the features I need.
Mediocre at best
When the app wants to work, it’s great. When it just wants to sit there and do nothing and I have to force close it, it’s super annoying. Definitely room for improvement.

I love the two way text banking and quick access in the latest release. Being able to check my accounts on my Apple Watch is pretty awesome.

Absolutely terrible
Great App!
I love the App, but one major disappointment if that you are only allowed 1 account to deposit money into. We live far from the bank so I use the App for all my deposits. I have a business and a personal account but only can deposit into 1 account. I still can get to it by using the transfer tool, but it would be nice if I didn’t have to make that extra step.

Could be better
The fingerprint scanner has never worked except for right at first when I got the app. After it made me change my password it has never worked again. Major inconvenience. Now it won't let me in because it tried to force me to change my password and had an error during the process and my old password nor my new password will work.

Not impressed
Seems like this app has issues everyday trying to log in. If you log out and do not click to save your username, you enter your email(whic happens to be your username) and half the time end up with someone else's account. Which of course the password doesn't match on ugh! I hate this app!!
Decent
This would be a lot better if I didn't have so much trouble with "invalid username or password" errors (which work just fine on a web browser) and the "can't access system" errors. This really needs to be updated to iOS 8. Also, it's a shame Labette isn't jumping on the Apple Pay bandwagon. Now I have to move to US Bank.

ive been waiting for this app for awhile now! so excited its finally here! but it wont let me sign in. it says wrong password etc. this is the same with my brother :( im sure there is something i missed. of anyone could help it'd b appreciated :) thank you. once signed in ill rate 5star :)
Great App!
Easy to use and convenient for people on the go. Like that it has the contact info. ATM finder is pretty neat!
