I’ve been paying for years. For the last 13 months, it will not load upload to sonlet. That is the main purpose for me to keep this app. I’ve contacted and receive no response

I have been using this app since I started LLR. I love this app. The new owners are fabulous to work with and really care about how this app works for us. The app saves so much time when taking pictures and uploading to Sonlet and our invoicing system.
All my inventory pieces look cohesive with the customization I can do. Having it auto upload into the correct style and size for me into Sonlet is such a time save. More hours I have to make the money instead of dealing with inventory set up. I would recommend this app to anyone needing a time saver.

This app is the best for my business. I have been a Lularoe retailer for a little over a year. Lula collage is the first app I grabbed from the App Store. I have others as well but this is the one that is my go too. The other apps don’t hold a candle to lulacollage in my book. I have it on my iPhone and my iPad. Both platforms work beautifully, the collages are perfect for my business. I can showcase the clothes in full and up close on the same photo collage adding my business name so everyone knows it’s mine. Everything is changeable from colors to fonts, add a watermark, sizes, prices, and even change the layout or how many pictures you have in it. This app is so easy to use. You won’t be disappointed.

Time saving app!
Beyond happy to see that the app has been updated and there’s no more bugs. LaCollage has helped our business so much. Nothing beats its efficiency! Saw of Facebook there are new owners. Excited to see where they take the app. Thanks LaCollage for sticking around, we need you!

I love this app so much. It’s been a huge time saver for me! So excited about the new owners! Excited to see the new energy they bring to the app.
Doesn’t work anymore
I just spent over an hour photographing inventory and when I went to upload the images all of the screens were black. I asked other retailers if they had a problem who said this had been a known issue for many months. There was no contact by the owners to let users know of the problem and to find another way to work around.

Doesn’t work with the new iOS update
This app “was” the best, but it appears that the developer is not updating the app. So, it no longer works with the iOS updates. Which is sad because I paid for a yearly subscription, that just got renewed in October. Paid for a year and go to use it for a month. Not cool.
Photos are black
I updated my phone now all the photos are black !!! Fix it or I’m canceling my subscription
Used to be Awesome
This app used to be awesome! It was so convenient for photographing and labeling inventory. Now, whenever you save an edited photo, it saves it as a black screen. I waited months for a fix, but nothing so far. LaCollage needs to correct this issue.
Good when it’s kept to up to date
It’s a great app when the creator keeps the styles up to date. However, there’s been multiple occasions when we have had to wait days for a style to be added.
Glitch
The glitch in the system doesn’t let me upload any new pictures. It is locked on one and will download it multiple times. I deleted the app, sad, it used to be great.
DO NOT USE
This company is not making it easy to unsubscribe and keeps charging even though your iTunes account is not set to renew. Very very disappointing.
Duplicating Photos
I have used this app for four years and has been a huge blessing but now I can’t even use the app cause when I take and save a photo hundreds of the same photo are saving. Hope they fix soon or I will be having to use a different app.

It’s been over 3 years since I was a consultant and yet I’m still charged $4.99/month. No way to cancel.
Fix RISE sizing
Confident, Tenacious, and Strong sizing still not fixed.
Currently it shows XL, 1XL, 2XL, and 3XL.
Should be XL, 1X, 2X, and 3X.

Works decently well
There are glitches for sure where the only fix is to restart the app. They don’t always update the inventory list in a timely manner either with no option to add custom text to remedy that issue. Overall easy to use and helpful which is why I’ll still give it 4 stars.
PRO Not working
Wasting so much time trying to figure out. I subscribed and paid. It worked 1 day
Can’t cancel
Great until you need to cancel and there is no way you can on app. Also no customer service to contact. Also they auto sign you up for pro watch out. I never choose that option choose 4.99 one but they charge you for pro regardless.
Great for pics
I love that this is a way for me to take photos of my inventory. It stores all the photos for me by linking them directly to my Sonlet, so I don’t have to waste any of my phone’s memory. For the people who are trying to quit the subscription and have an iPhone, you have to do it through the Apple settings! I know not everyone is tech savvy (and it took me forever to figure it out too), but you unsubscribe through Apple ID/Apps. I can’t remember off the top of my head, but it’s either iTunes, Apps, or Settings section where you unsubscribe. They do not control your Apple ID, you do!
