New upgrade / loss of seating
New table layout has lost too many seats/covers.
Seen many family’s disappointed walked back to caravans because of lack of seating.
Have to gram seat by 430pm to make sure you get a seat.

Drinks ordering not working
Have been using this app happily for a couple of years now, but for the last couple of weeks the drinks ordering menu is not working, just showing a blank screen and a re try button, seems to be an iPhone app problem?
Great when it works but menu keeps disappearing
This app is fantastic when it works but the menus keep disappearing. Please fix and then I’ll update the review!

You only get the waiting time once you have ordered. The restaurant is not busy and it’s still a 50 minute wait.
Internet is slow so it’s hard to download, system works but is too slow.

App looked good and seemed to working well until it came to payment for fish & chips. Kept telling me there was an error with payment and to try again. Finally worked on 6th attempt. Turned out I got charged every time. £150 on fish and chips spread over 3 different cards with only one order confirmation email. Fuming

App is good but there is nowhere to amend your order to add or take away ingredients (eg no cheese on a Smoke House Burger)
Couldn’t find what I wanted
Wanted wine and lemonade couldn’t find it 🙁

The password change experience is pitiful. The temporary password wouldn’t work. I had to create another account. Then when I came back this week the temp password had expired. This time it reset so I went in to change from the temp password but now I can’t be Mr. anymore. I had to select Dr. Very poor app.
