Give Lots of Credit Where Credit is Due.

For 37 years LFCU has gone above and beyond the call of duty. Why? Because every member of the dedicated staff of professionals love their job and it shows; providing consistent successful top notch service. That’s why I love LFCU.

Servers always down

At random times I try to login i am met with constant errors. The app loads slow when logging in, sometimes it wont log me in at all. The app used to be stable but recently it’s been horrible.

Outages

Awful

Used to be good, after the board shake up has lost its way. Terrible customer service, been locked in a legal battle trying to close my account and get my money.

Just one small problem, unable to post online MasterCard payments via cellphone for three weeks as of today (2/21/2023). Member Services is still working on it.

Desktop Master Card payments are a bit “glitchy”. Is there anyway to get the ‘back office” to resolve this Urgent Issue??

Best Banking App Ever!

I love this new app! It’s my favorite banking app. Transfers, repost deposit, the works!

Love Lafayette

Their app is intuitive and super easy.

Bill Pay not functioning

The app on my iPad indicates bill pay will open in a new tab. Nothing happens. Please fix it

Doesn’t work

This app won’t log me in even though my user name and pw are correct.

Fix the authorization modal

The authorization notification modal letting you know you need to send an authorization email, the one that shows right after you log in, has an “x” at the top right. If you click it the app closes and you can’t click the “send authorization email button” that was behind the modal.

Doesn't Work.

This new app doesn't work because the servers error out and give Invalid Credentials" and "Server Error" messages.

Useless

You can only log in once. After that you get errors every time. Then you have to delete and reinstall for it to work again. Waste of time. Don’t bother downloading.

Not functioning.

When an app has to do with an individuals money you would think major kinks would be worked out before unveiling it. It’s just not working and they dumped the old app already.
