The order kept pending , not attended until call them .
They dont take the orders
I called them after 30min of placing the order, they dont process the orders from the application you have to call them to make sure they take the order.

Worst App
They give you a coupon code. And it will not work. Then even after that you place the order. There will be no order number on the order. And when you call the customer service number they will ask what was your order number. Then you tell them there isn’t any order number showing. They saying sorry we can’t help if we don’t have order number. And then after failed attempts to call on the WhatsApp number and messages and no response after 1 hour 30 min the food will come which is very cold and not the Laffah I am used to which I order from talabat. I had to eat half and throw the food it was that cold. Also I asked them to check I have paid already and please my phone number and name is there. They said sorry we can’t help and cut the call.

Need to upgrade the application
Very poor application, limited need to upgrade one of the missing futures you can’t tracking your order and can‘t see order details + if you ordered by this application the order will take big time to receive
Apps look like from 2007
Pay some money to a decent developer, and get a good app.

عاساس في كود خصم لا شتغل او شي بعدين شتغل طلع فقط بيخصم شي بسيط من رسوم التوصيل وللعلم لم يكن هناك مسافيه بيني وبين فرع صحارة ممكن 5 دقايق مشي

This is the worst delivery app they will take the money then u will not find any infos about your order and they do not answer the phone .

The don't follow instructions & delivery time is always more than 1 hour
They never read instructions (example: adding pomegranate molasses).
Every single time I order it takes around 1 hour and 10 minutes to reach and my house is like 10 minutes away from the branch, they dont give priority to their application orders so instead I will keep ordering from talabat and noon
