Use Kiddo boo app, not Lagenio app
I was really frustrated at first because I couldn't get this watch (Kiddo boo Lagenio K3) to connect to my iPhone. I kept trying the wrong app and nothing worked.
Here's the fix:
1. Download the RIGHT app – it's called "Kiddo boo", not the generic LAGENIO app. That was my mistake.
2. Insert a nano SIM card with a data plan before you try to pair. The watch won't connect to your phone via Bluetooth or Wi‑Fi for setup – the pairing process (QR scan) only works after the SIM is inside and the watch has network signal.
Once I did those two things, the QR code scanned instantly, the watch bound to my phone, and all the features (calls, GPS, messaging) worked smoothly.
So don't give up – it's a great kids' watch once you know the trick. Just remember: SIM first, then pair via the Kiddo boo app. Hope this saves you the headache I had!

This app is not working at any case properly. The interface is bad, the calls of the watch have a serious delay that makes them useless and there are many bugs around this application. Disappointing
