Refund my money
Last month, I scheduled a trip, made payment and when the time for the trip came, the rider cancelled the trip and my wallet was debited. I had to reorder and pay again for the trip. Since then, I’ve been trying to reach your customer care to get my refund and all I’ve been getting is auto response!
You guys should do better, make the refund ASAP and provide a reliable way to reach your customer care!
PS: It was a long distance trip and the funds debited is not small, if not I’d have overlooked it and continued my bolt jeje. I NEED MY REFUND PLEASE!

Hello LagosRide pls look into your app, I'm unable to use my picture on my profile I keep getting some error saying I don't have internet access, while am on a high speed internet .

The app is very limited and not responsive sometimes, real time location of the driver are not fully updated and it takes for very to locates rider even if it is in front of me
The multiple location does calculate trip sometimes which makes the rider avoid it sometimes. I guess a web function solution for the app is necessary to enhance it

NIN Problem
I don’t understand the whole rationale behind always asking for NIN in this new update.
Does it mean I have to be a Nigerian to use Lagosride?
I am currently in Lagos and would be here for a while and that’s why I am using Logosride or can a non-Nigerian get an NIN?
Please fix this or better still let us know if Lagosride is only for Nigerians staying in Lagos.

Good cars but…..
Your cars are really great but some of your drivers especially the young ones needs to do better in maintaining their cars. One common trait amongst these young drivers is driving and using their phones. Some even watch movies or WhatsApp statuses while driving and I’ve witnessed about 5. I had to ask one of your drivers who was also doing the same, why do you guys use your phones and drive? It’s too common and he says the LASTMA and FRSC can not arrest them for that because they are owned by the government. Please quickly do something about this.

Quite expensive compared to other apps. The actual price you end up paying is always much higher than the estimated range!
Lagos Ride is the way to go
Very affordable and cheaper than taking taxi, ubber and bolt.

Great tool but not enough drivers available.
Seems the driver LAGride agreement is not so user friendly. Please work on making more profitable for the drivers to encourage more traffic on the platform. Trusting the app will live long 🙏🏾

Better than Uber and Bolt
The cars are clean. The drivers drive at a smart pace but also carefully. You can make reasonable, short stops without the drivers giving you a hard time about it. Exceptional service
