Not Working As Marketed
Absolutely terrible design. Return your scale while in warranty still.
Historical data doesn’t load, doesn’t connect easily to the scale, doesn’t connect to any other apps like Strava.
Furthermore, scale seems wildly inaccurate compared to other scales, like it’s guessing my body composition on the spot.
Finally, it displays numerical data in whatever format it wants, no matter my country settings.
I’m not actually sure what works with this app, it might actually be nothing.

Not feature complete
It collects data from the scale PS7021, which isn’t on the list but I assume is the black version of the listed PS7020. However it doesn’t show all the data listed on the scale packaging, eg visceral fat. It also doesn’t connect to Apple Health app, so I can’t amalgamate my data.
Will not sync
Unable to connect with Bluetooth.
App
The app does not give ranges for all scale data. So you don’t know if you fall within a good or bad range. All other scale apps I have used do so.
Doesn’t work at all
The water filter doesn’t provide no notifications when the filter expires. When you add the new filter to the app , nothing happens. Don’t understand the point or purpose of entering details of when your using the filter as it doesn’t provide any countdown details to help you know when need to replace the filter .A load of rubbish. This app overall is useless
