Useless App
When I use the Virgin Active website my login details work fine, but AV staff say I should use the App. But it is useless. Using the same login details it continually says they are wrong and if I try to change the password it (as another review states) defaults to italian. I cannot understand how the App rates 3.4 out of 5, it does not work but 1 star is the minimum score.

Terrible app! It doesnt let me book classes!

App doesn’t work!
This app doesn’t work! Every time I want to book a class a bug pops up and says “internal error” so I am never able to reserve a class. This is very frustrating because I pay an expensive membership and this is supposed to be high-end so it should work. Why is this still not fixed?!?! You guys have serious issues with the development team.

The new update is worst than the previous one.
The new update is full of bugs and doesn’t properly connect with machines, body check etc. when booking classes the events are not automatically add to your calendar adding an extra step to the process!
