The brush does a great job of cleaning teeth. High speed action is soft but effective. Mouth feels good.
The app is fine. I don’t understand what issues are. Note that to turn on brush you must hold power button for at least 5 secs when it is stored in travel mode - prevents accidental triggering.

App needs priority
Usually anytime I open the app it takes forever or doesn’t work. For an electric toothbrush that needs to work, it kind of needs to be a priority for the company
It never sends a confirmation code to login
The app is absolutely useless because when you first launch it, it asked you to login and gives you two options. One is to enter your phone number and the other is to enter your email address then you haven’t sent you a code that you need to type in within 60 seconds and the code is never sent. I tried both options. I tried my phone twice and I never received a text message and I tried to email once and I never received the email. I like the toothbrush I really have no idea why you need an app for a toothbrush, but I thought I’d try it.

Lordy, how many times do you have to request a code to be able to access the app the first time? Tried innumerable times and ways including both phone number and email. Pathetic - 1 hour later, I still can’t get access. Worthless!

I’m using the Laifen toothbrush and really enjoy the experience. However, I strongly suggest adding support for Apple Health integration to sync brushing time/records. This would make it easier to manage all health data in one place, and it would also keep Laifen competitive with other brands like Philips and Oral-B. Hope the team can consider this in future updates. Thank you!

Why I need an app to use my toothbrush???

They intentionally default the toothbrush to not have 30sec reminders to push you installing the app.
The app requires Bluetooth which is linked to your physical location and wants your phone number to login.
I will change my rating to 4 stars if they commit to defaulting the 30sec

很恶心的一次购物体验，起初想买usimile或者舒克，看到你们老板说以客户为中心巴拉巴拉一大堆，竟然被你们这种营销模式说动洗脑了，一味的模仿苹果的包装但是又做不到苹果的内核，牙刷插头插不进去拔不出来，搜了一下原来这样的问题都有，没有完善的产品也拿来卖吗？还给老子手弄破了……退货发现还要写小纸条还要保持你的东西完好，谁保护一下我的心情完好？而且这种垃圾东西还要二次销售，你反场都重新做一下吧……
Stylish but junk
This is the second Laifen Wave Aluminum Electric Toothbrush ordered as a replacement for the first. Both charged for over 3 hours and failed to turn on. The app is also as useless as the toothbrush. I am returning this to Amazon tomorrow for a full refund. Laifen.com customer service failed to respond to my email inquiry.
