I’ve had a great experience using LAIT911. The app is simple and easy to navigate, which is really important in urgent situations when you don’t have time to figure things out. Everything loads quickly, and the interface is clear and straightforward.
Frustrating UI Experience
This app is so annoying to use. Can’t cancel your billing unless on the app. Can’t cancel your subscription on the mobile website. Have tried to log into the app ten times with three password and an email change and none of them worked. A dialog box pops up and then disappears so I don’t even know what the issue is. Just a frustrating experience all around
