Feed issues

Love the KTLA morning news but the feed is constantly cutting in and out! So I’m only getting about 1/3 of the stories or news. I end up exiting the app and leaving .

App freezes when the live news icon appears on the top left side of screen. I Removed the app.

Ads. Only!

I get “video playback error” about 85% of the time. Ohhh but the long ads play PERFECTLY! I say they’re long ads because to watch a 30 sec news clip you have to sit through an ad just as long. Then the video errors out and you get to watch another ad.

Phone App is Terrible

I love KTLA morning news, so I keep hoping the glitches will get fixed, but every morning I am frustrated because the volume cuts in and out and clips end abruptly giving a video reload error message. I then have to go back to the main page, which means I have to watch ads all over again, missing content in the process. Please fix these glitches!
