Great Park, AWFUL App
The park is amazing but trying to use their app is an exercise in extreme patience. After that exercise, understand you will STILL be unable to navigate the app. I understand application development and GUI development is frustrating, but your UX/UI person should be fired. Literally the worst app I’ve used in at least the last 5 years. As a season pass holder I recommend using your card and getting a speedy pass device over trying to use the useless app. So disappointing.

it is very helpful for a person who goes to lake compounce multiple times a week during the season
i wish they would change it to normal because the app still is in the phantom fall fest mode, the haunted houses are still listed
I love this park
I’ve been to lake compounce and I think this app is a good use of buying tickets and exploring the park, if you are planning on going to the amusement park, you should get this app asap. I used this to find my way around the park and to buy our tickets. It was a good decision to get this app. You should make that decision too.
