Love that I can check my balance at anytime and see what I owe on my Visa before making my payment.
Please revert, or optimize!
The redesign is very poor. Account balances are much harder to see than previous iterations. There’s a lot of dead space that fills the screen which requires more scrolling. Load times are horrendous now! I shouldn’t have to look at “Please Wait” for upwards of 7 seconds just to check a balance or do a transfer. Face ID scans my face quickly but it’s the time after that now drags. The older versions of the app that you still have screenshots of on the app page was superior in my opinion!

App works 30% of the time
this is the worst banking app. half the time the app doesn’t even open. it also randomly signs you out. this is where people check their money, so it’s not a good look for the credit union that they can’t even get a simple app up and running consistently
Latest update is bad! Please revert.
They just recently changed how the accounts page looks. The balances are less noticeable. Lots of dead space. Hard to look at, less confined. Please revert is to how it looks in your App Store preview images!

Good app, but works when it wants to on iOS 26
Lake trust’s app is good, but when it wants to. I am currently on iOS 26, and the app fails to open every time, even after a reinstall. This needs to be rectified, as I am stuck doing all of my banking online.

Best way to do Banking
I enjoy engaging with the people who work at Lake Trust but the Lake Trust app is my go to first thing in the morning. I appreciate how easy it is to use. I absolutely love it.
Great App BUT
I love my banking app. It’s simple and has what you need. My only complaint is since updating to iOS 18 - there’s no longer a widget. So if they fix that - I’d give it 5 stars
Latest update is bad.
They just recently changed how the accounts page looks. The balances are less noticiable now because they went from a green to black font in a more basic list view. The accounts all kind of blend together. I think the appearance doesn’t work well. I hope it gets reverted!

Takes so long to transfer from bank to bank, I’ve had the charge on my account for 3 days now and it’s still not in lake trust

Bring back quick balance widget
Okay enough app, but it used to have a quick balance widget that could be accessed without opening the app. Now that feature is gone and I have to open the app to check my balances.
Not a good app
The app never notifies you when you do a withdraw or a purchase until a day or two later. When my account was hacked I didn’t even find out until it was way late.
