Non functional app
You can access your account but can’t do anything. Doesn’t show your bill, can’t add bank account, this is a garbage app. Constant errors.
Only Available During Work Week
Every time I have tried to log in on a weekend or a Friday evening it never allows me to. It keeps giving an Error message. End up having to log into the website. Very frustrating

Worthless from the start
Downloaded app. Tried signing in and kept getting an error from Lakeland electric saying services were unavailable. Immediately deleted app.
Great app when it loads
Last 2 attempts to use the app it does not load. I am able to sign in and it just spins and eventually crashes with Error Has Occurred please try again. I’ll go back to using the website.
