No longer working on iOS 16.7.15

After updating the app loads up to a black screen after sign in EDITED: after deleting and re download the app, I can no longer sign in. And still no fix? Re-Edited:still can not log in on iOS 16.7.15 as of 6/4/26 update. Still unable to log in on my phone as of 9/6/26

Horrible app, horrible customer service

App doesn’t let me switch to a lower tier pan. Neither does customer service. Now I have to cancel in order to sign up at the lower tier. So tired of these games

CHAT Help feature is helpless

Chat ‘help’ feature has a pre-programmed script and answers. If your issue doesn’t fit neatly into one of the predetermined queries, you’re out of luck. The system just starts over from the beginning, and there is no rollover to an actual human.
