Lousy service! Lousy app!

I would like to know how I am supposed to use the app when the internet is down? We haven’t had decent internet for almost a month despite repeated calls. Now the TV set box won’t show any station information.

Recently this app is currently a POS

This app rarely gave me any problems until this summer. Now it’s hard as hell to get it to log in. It always wants me to resign in. Asks me to fill in a bunch of fields and after I do it doesn’t give the option to submit. The app is a POs right now.
