I like Frontier its best service I got but changed the price right now and it’s went up. Can you put it back like what it was in May? Thank you.
Unable to access account
Tried multiple times to access app and it constantly states “ we’re unable to sign you in at the moment. Please try again later”. This is the 2nd day that I have tried to access my account. I have changed my password many times and still unable to log in. Worst app to have
Frontier service
Whatever you do. Don’t hook up service through this company. It’s to hard to contact anyone in person.
Worst service
The support offered in this app is the absolute worst I have ever experienced. Finally getting a person and having them repeat “how can I help you” as an answer to your question 5 times after a 3 minute delay is not service.
Waste of Money
Where do I even start? Number 1 the app to troubleshoot is so difficult because why did it take an hour to figure out that the hardware I have is faulty and it’s not even two months old. i’ve had outage after outage after issue after issue. This is so ridiculous not to mention the service times 8 AM to 12 PM. I can’t be home during that time throughout the week because like most people I have a job. I was also told when I signed up, I would get six months free if I combined my Verizon phone plan with the frontier plan and I didn’t get that either. I’ve been paying $75 when I was told I would be paying less than 50 once my six months was up. I got a month and that was it. I switched from Xfinity because I thought this would be a cheaper option. Yes, it’s cheaper but man, can you tell with the quality. not to mention, I have pay for a backup Wi-Fi that I do not have access to, and when I try to look up how to use it I find nothing. The app is useless in trying to get help in that regard.
