App okay
First things first every driver I have is great. When doing these reviews I always rate the Drivers and not the App.
Yes the app is great for the rider and people that are technically savvy. But also keep in mind Harbor Transit had older riders and Riders that are disabled. With that said you also have a dispatch Team that was also great to where you have Tied there hands to the app. Which while it has “learned” it took more time than most of you have thought. I would hope that you are pushing the software company as much as you push your drivers.

Easy return booking
Instead of choosing a return trip booking time which is buggy, let the user simply choose how long they’ll be there.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience using Harbor Transit from start to finish. Reasonable fares, friendly and professional drivers and the bus was very well kept. I appreciate that the Lakeshore Go App is so user friendly. As an elder person technology is not my favorite, but I was able to successfully schedule my own rides and get to my destination and back with no problems. Thank you Harbor Transit for giving me back my independence.

Don’t ride Habor transit
This is the most honest and I did the math, I have been riding harbor to school for almost 3 years and 74.223 percent of the time I arrive late. Today I think I will stop riding as I had to wait 30 minutes out in the cold for a harbor transit that never showed up and I was the only person left. Trust me harbor transit isn’t worth it and if I am going to show up at 8:00 to a school that starts at 7:25, I won’t be wasting money to ride.
