Functions well for cat fountain
Everything connects fine. Seems to run well. Wish the app was slightly more updated . The water drinking chart could use more data like time of day added, maybe a way to notify that it’s being used as we have multiple pets using it, peak drinking hours. Maybe something to show how full waste water bin is too

Kind of worthless app
So I got this cat fountain as a gift from a neighbor. I set it up, and the fountain itself, while impressive, is actually very noisy & annoying. There’s vibration coming from somewhere inside that I can’t find to fix or soften. The app also seems totally unnecessary. It functions on default without any user assistance, and there aren’t any special features that I can see on the app versus if I just plug the fountain in, and let it run by itself. The ginormous water capacity, ability to sanitize, and potential to grow catnip or cat grass hydroponically are all interesting. Plus, it’s heavy enough that my cat won’t knock it over, as she likes to do with the other fountains we’ve had.

Auto refill liter and scooper
I’m very happy with my automatic liter refill and automatic scooper, I can fill it and not worry about it for at least a month or longer, it’s awesome! Thanks
Not the best experience. Desire for a feature which can disable the auto scooping
The app UI is confusing. I used it for the litter scooper only. One recommendation, could you provide a feature to disable the automatic scooping, and allowing control by pressing the button in app or on the machine? In training phase, my cats are not comfortable about the auto scooping on timer. I think it’s gonna be helpful if the scooping can be based on manual control. Thank you.

Please fix it now - won’t clean after app upgrade!!
Like the liter box but the last update broke it! I like the changes to the app-yes I want more control and info on my cats’ usage. It now it doesn’t document anything and doesn’t even scoop unless I tell it to! So much for self-cleaning!
I deleted and reinstalled like the last update stated to do and still the littler box does not work!
I like that yall changed it back to the light coming on when a cat enters. I like the feel of the new app with the information being easier to access without clicking in 6 different places. And being able to set the storage compartments from the app.
But I do not like that my self cleaning litter box no longer self cleans! It was too expensive and I have had it about a year and if not fixed immediately I want a refund so I can get a different one!
