they’ll trick you into buying codes that don’t work. the app will glitch countless times. when you contact them they’ll send you a reply acting as though things will get sorted only to completely ignore you and your consumer rights. run while you can

I’ve updated the app and been trying for 4 days to upload images. All I get is ‘oopsie’. Email address bounces back too. What’s going on??

Me encanta esta app. Es rápida, sencilla y súper fiable. Entregan en un plazo muy corto y cuidando hasta el último detalle. Cuando he necesitado soporte por alguna incidencia, que han sido muy poco habituales, siempre han sido muy resolutivos.

Love Lalalab’s products. I get their retro mini vintage prints regularly and they’re great quality and really cute (add them to presents, cards, diary etc)…The magnets, stickers, photo books too…all amazing!
Bugs!!!
C’est le seconde fois que je fais tout mon album et qu’au moment de payer; le logiciel bug. J’ai contacté le service client qui me dit de tout recommencer… mais après des heures à le construire, j’avoue qu’on a plus envie de changer d’application que de recommencer son album sur le même logiciel!

He hecho varios pedidos y nunca llegan. No se responsabilizan y te lo dan en créditos para que hagas un nuevo pedido que tampoco llega nunca. Encima no te devuelven el dinero. Es horrible. Jamás volveré a confiar en esta empresa.
Stressful
When making photo albums, and spending time and effort arranging them- the app would glitch out and I would have to start again. This happened multiple times and it was painful!!!

No funciona la App
Estoy intentado hacer un pedido y cuando selecciono el producto la aplicación se queda colgada. Me ha pasado ya varias veces.
Estafadores
Llevo 2 meses que se pierde el pedido y me dicen que tengo que volver a pedirlo y no me devuelven el dinero , solo en la cuenta lalalab . Una vez que hagas el pedido no puedes recuperar ese dinero aunque no te llegue jamás el pedido , no te dan esa opción
