Pictures were cropped in odd ways, legs chopped off heads chopped off, crooked on almost all, really disappointing, but guess that’s what you get with “free” prints

Ruined 16 th birthday
I ordered some prints and personalized wrapping paper. I got delivered “on or near mail box” on 9/4. Needless to say it was there. I contacted Free Prints, who referred me to UPS saying, they couldn’t do anything until after a certain date. That wasn’t helpful. My grand day got plenty of beautiful gifts. But not from me. This isn’t an occasion that can be repeated. I couldn’t afford the big gift but I could afford a personal gift and spent the time to make it special. I’m not sure I ever got to a person. At 70 years old I gave up. This is a heartbreak to just live with. Don’t trust your special moments here!
September 17,2026 Free Prints reached out however several times of replying to the very same message my grand daughter figured out the problem with the looping. Just more frustration. Not easy not helpful and since they have ask me to update my review and that process was easy to navy(?) No. I don’t want to. You may have good prints and offerers but, customer services are just not here.
