I ordered some prints and personalized wrapping paper. I got delivered “on or near mail box” on 9/4. Needless to say it was there. I contacted Free Prints, who referred me to UPS saying, they couldn’t do anything until after a certain date. That wasn’t helpful. My grand day got plenty of beautiful gifts. But not from me. This isn’t an occasion that can be repeated. I couldn’t afford the big gift but I could afford a personal gift and spent the time to make it special. I’m not sure I ever got to a person. At 70 years old I gave up. This is a heartbreak to just live with. Don’t trust your special moments here!

Posters come in multiple days earlier than the date they give you. The posters themselves don’t rip easily from tape or use, they’re glossy and high quality, and they’re also super cheap!! I’ve bought so many 4x6 posters and I still have 75 free left! The rest of the prices for other sized posters are incredibly cheap as well.

Paid $15 extra to get my pictures within 48 hours. No pictures in sight of course today is Monday and tomorrow is a holiday but they were supposed to get here yesterday so I’m a little disappointed anybody think I’ll dollars back?

I live how quick the service is and the price is unbeatable.

They advertise their prints as 4 x 6, I got 80 prints using images that were exactly 4 x 6. When they arrived I noticed that the tops and bottoms were cut short. I took out a tape measure and noticed that it was short by 1/8 inch. Side to side was exactly 4 inches, but top to bottom was 5.875. I asked for help with their system and didn’t get anywhere with the robot. Customer service responded the next day basically blaming me for the error, even though on the app, my images were lined up perfectly. They said there was a bleed which made it cut off. But if that were true, it would be cut off on all four sides, not the top and bottom. And, if they really do print 4 x 6, rather than 4 x 5.875, then there shouldn’t have been any issue. It took days of only getting one response every time before I finally got a refund. They offered zero offers for the first few days, just threw blame at me without taking any responsibility for this error on their part. In the end they refused to make the prints correctly and gave a refund. I will not be using this terrible service again. Instead I bought a 4 x 6 printer and I’ll just do my own prints from now on. I do not recommend this at all.
