Most of usage of this app for the payment , while navigating payment gateways page always keeps refreshing and not allowing to complete my payment .
Easy to access
Simple steps to pay and broucher provided in kannada language also.
Not reliable
App not working and app doesn’t show the scheme and the amount paid. What is the purpose of maintaining an online system when the app doesn’t work. And if we question this at the store, the response is even more pathetic. The workers doesn’t know how the app works and the response is ‘server must be down’
