Most of usage of this app for the payment , while navigating payment gateways page always keeps refreshing and not allowing to complete my payment .

Simple steps to pay and broucher provided in kannada language also.
Not reliable
App not working and app doesn’t show the scheme and the amount paid. What is the purpose of maintaining an online system when the app doesn’t work. And if we question this at the store, the response is even more pathetic. The workers doesn’t know how the app works and the response is ‘server must be down’

Terrible app experience! The Lalitha Jewellery app almost never works — it keeps freezing, crashing, and showing errors. It’s really frustrating and not at all reliable. Definitely needs a major update.

Lalitha jewellery app not working in iphone and last few days back app is not working i will pay the scheme how can i pay the payment , i think app technical issue please resolve the issue its urgent

App is stuck at splash screen. Even after reinstall also same issue. Things were fine atleast a week back.

Whenever i try to do my monthly payment it throws error and throwing me out of the application, requesting the developer to develop this app with dedication also i couldn’t able to view my previous transactions as it has some problem with the database schemas, pls look in to this.

I am unable to update KYC, the Chennai office people says update the document from App 7.6. My current App version is 7.1, there is not provision to update. I uninstalled and reinstalled still the same issue. Get this app fixed asap or give browser provision.

This is the worst app which doesn’t have basic functions to work and it does not load up the app and eventually I should keep on seeing the bald guy photo on the login screen of the app.

2 times in last 5 months, app went down. Missed my payment due dates.

I was trying to pay my instrument from a week but it dose not work, my scheme option keep on loading after waiting several time so many errors like connection reset by peer , server not avalable , etc

I am not able to do the monthly payment. The app shows nothing when I click on my schemes. Also it keeps logging out and throws errors while logging in. Please improve the app so that people can do payments seamlessly.

I’m not able to see my scheme in the app also I’m not able to do the monthly instalment due to that reason I missed some months payment. This is the big company but no proper is there’re and no any development in the app.
