Can’t log in
I love lamplighter and so does my family we got the app and it won’t let me sign in at all no matter why info I put it says there’s something wrong with the info and it’s not wrong my family has also tried to log/sign in but no luck either I have tried swiping up looking up and random stuff but no luck could someone tell me why it’s happening or something I’m doing wrong?

Playback is Gimmicky
This is constructive feedback for the APP itself.
The CONTENT is great! I’ve been both a book and audio club member for seven months and recommend both.
The app playback however does not function like you would expect. It’s memory for where you’re at in an audio book is not precise and causes some wasted time trying to “find my place” each time I start it up. In the next update, I’d like to see the developer address this issue.

DON’T LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS!!!!!! ALOT of them come from haters!The Lamplighter Theatre App is soooooooo good. Not only is it fun and entertaining but it is also full of wonderful content and teaching. It always gives good, Godly morals. Teaches great lessons from the Bible and is suitable for every age. I am a 16 year old and I have loved Lamplighter for years, and will continue to do so!!!!!! Love you Lamplighter and keep up the good work! Thank you so much 😊

Trouble downloading files
I purchased this app because we love the Lamplighter stories and wanted to have an easier way of taking them with us when we travel. That being said, I have had no success in downloading any of them. Although the app indicates that the stories have successfully been downloaded, I cannot locate them in any file on my iPad. I’ve gone back and deleted the files that show that they were downloaded and attempted to download them a second and third time to no avail. I’m frustrated with the app and hope that someone else may be able to provide guidance as to what I am doing wrong. If you’ve had a similar experience, I would appreciate your guidance.

I love Lamplighter Theatre and so do my kids!! But are not all of the audios are on here? Looking for the newest ones..maybe they will show up later? Disappointed in the limited selection of stories for the price :(
Please update the app
While we are listening to the lamplighter theater book through monthly subscription, it is keep pausing in between play and skipping sometimes. Please update the app software if it is possible, maybe there is a bug 🙏

So I grew up listening to your stories and dramas and i have always LOVED them. I downloaded the app a few months ago, and I tried to log in a create a password/ username but it crashed right before I logged in. So I tried again and it said I had already created an account and my username or password was wrong, and so I un-downloaded it and downloaded it again recently but it is doing the same thing, and there is no history on my phone if a password or account with the app, so I can’t sign in :/ if you have any tips on how I could fix this please help 🙈🙈🙈😭

I literally grew up on these stories.First time hearing it,I was 9yrs old(The Wanderer),I haven’t heard it again since I was 18(Sir Knight Of The Splendid Way).I am 24 and married now,with a daughter on the way and I cannot wait to introduce her to these amazing timeless stories.I Love The Ministry Of Lamplighter Theatre!! Please keep making these classic,timeless stories.They are a legacy!!

Love these stories!
Such horrible audio dramas and books.
Almost all or all the stories are frightening for children and the percentage of poor examples for children are a mile long. Such a poor app the radio dramas show what is in the heart of the producers. Apologies, but others should run away from this ministry. Focus on the family, Your Story Hour, Torchlighers are all much much better.
