The app works well controlling the lights perfectly whether by the app or using voice control within the app. As a couple of the other 5 star reviews have said, linking the lights to the app is straightforward: Turn the light on, then within 5 seconds press the Bluetooth button in the app. The light will flash 3 times confirming the light is linked. Paring with Bluetooth and light
I think if you want to pair with phone after turn on switch you have to tap as many as with in 5s ,if there is flash your light you you got successfully pair.

Frustrating app
Can not connect app , whatever we do. It’s annoying and just doesn’t work. I would give it back if not looking good. And it is pain to install..
Super fun unique light!
At first, we thought the remote didn’t work, BUT! We installed the app and connected the light through there which worked right away. THEN we connected the light to the remote the exact same way - pressing and holding the center “setup” button until the light blinked twice. Now both the remote and the app work. It’s a pretty light and the features are fun! I’m happy with it.

Fonctionne très bien, j’avais acheté un luminaire avec télécommande mais celle-ci ne fonctionne pas, j’ai donc scanné le QRCODE de la télécommande et l’application fonctionne parfaitement.

Ça fonctionne très bien, je gère 2 lampes avec 1 appli. Par contre faudrai que ce soit compatible HomeKit pour commander la lumière avec Dis Siri !

I didnt know how to connect it, but if you go to instructions in the app you see how to do it, its really easy. Tap the connect button in the app once AFTER 5 SECONDS of turning on the light. It flickers 2 times and yay! Your device is connected!

Love the lamp but at first the remote wasn’t connecting. I managed to connect after 30min… doing the basic instructions… I tried using the app but you can’t even connect..

まずブレーカーを落とし１部屋にライトを装着するブレーカーをあげてスマホ連動さす
この次が肝心で２部屋に行く前に先ほど取り付けた１部屋目のブレーカー落としてライトを外す。
その状態で２部屋目をライト装着しブレーカーをあげてスマホ連動さす。そひてまたブレーカーを落として１部屋目のライト装着するこれで連動せず使えるようになりますよ。

アレクサ対応してなければ、スマートリモコンなどの赤外線制御機器にも対応出来ない。
本体がBluetooth操作なのは仕方ないが、リモコンが壊れたら終わるのが本体。
ただし、アプリは改良開発者側で、できる！
是非欲しい機能を上げる。
①タイマーが欲しい。
②時間指定でオンオフ勝手にしてくれたら嬉しい。
③iPhoneのオートメーションやショートカット対象になるようにしてほしい。
現在の不具合は、本体機種によってアプリ内のボタンがチグハグになっている事くらいです。

App effectively controls the lamp fixture
My electrician installed this absolutely gorgeous light fixture. He had no problem hanging it and adjusting the individual bulb cord length’s to provide the look that we wanted. After getting everything completed I turned on the fixture and tried to sync the remote control with the fixture. I was not able to get the remote control to work. After checking the help link on the Amazon site, where I purchased the fixture, I found there was an app. So I downloaded it and linked the app to the fixture. And it worked!!! Beautiful. I was relieved because I didn’t know if the problem was a defective controller in the fixture or the remote control. But with the app now being able to control the fixture that ruled out the fixture controller being defective. I contacted their customer support through Amazon and they quickly responded, asking a few questions and after my responses they will be sending me a new remote control. Until that time we will continue to use the app and definitely be enjoying our new light fixture.

The app says to type in a name and you can’t connect it buuuuuut the remote works great and the light works good and it’s really not bad looking btw!
App Doesn’t Work
Impossible to connect lamps to the app and so not worth getting, lamps work fine but have to use remotes to control them.
