Instructions are not clear. Turning on Robot Vacuum takes very unnecessarily long and when I tried to do the firmware update, it kept failing. Software and user experience is garbage, and most features of Robot donโ€™t even work correctly

Because of the password fiasco trying to set up account, the only way forward when using the forgot password is to give a mobile number, which I did not give on signing up or intend to, email would have been fine to reset password. Soโ€ฆ as I purchased today, unless I get an answer by end of today on how to reset password using same email only, then I will be returning it and purchasing the roborock. 18/826
