Annoying subscription pop-up
There is an extremely annoying pop-up every time I open the app trying to get me to sign up for an email subscription. Get rid of it and I’ll switch to 5 stars.
Struggling more with the app than the unit
I just picked up an X60 ultra pro, unit installed well although I couldn’t initially find its wifi .. but the app !.. on ios crashes constantly, UI is non intuitive on scheduling and where the options are, very confusing workflow.. Also mapping created phantom rooms through floor to ceiling windows that I can seperate and grey our but not delete and the one thing that still eludes me is how I can take a large open plan living space and seperate it into kitchen, lounge and dining room.. I can segment a room from one side to another but what happens if I want to box a kitchen ?… driving me nuts trying o work this out…Initial impressions is a fantastic unit, less battery life and slower mapping and vacuuming than I expected and the app needs some serious attention but suspect its a keeper !.. still need to try the mopping..

It’s a decent app, but way too many pop-ups and notifications. I don’t wanna keep buying more things, I just want to use what I have.
