FAKE rating
This is a one star App because they plastered it with ads and the app sucks… Read the reviews. Everyone gives it one star but the rating still shows up 4.8!

The app is not as good as before
I love my robot, but something happened to that recently. Every time I select a floor to clean, it keeps re-mapping every single time. It’s very annoying when you have a multifloor house and I disconnect maps every time. sometimes I just give up on mopping and just vacuum. Please fix it.

Bought the Dreame x60 ultra not knowing what to expect, but it is absolutely amazing, can’t fault it! Deep cleans our floating floor boards an tiles an removes dirt from carpets with ease

Not worth the money
Worked great for about a week and now it won’t leave the base station. It will move an inch and then say battery low even after it’s been on charge for days. I’ve factory reset and everything and it still won’t work

What’s going on
All of a sudden it’s going all over the place & missing bits. Sensors aren’t dirty! Seems the app update has gone haywire! Use to be good but not any more!
Last update issue
After last update my dream l10s pro gen 2 doesn’t realizes enough water. And it’s not only my problem, i know about 3 people who has exact issue after last update
Latest app broke my vac
from the very moment I upgraded to iphone app version 2.5.8, my L40s pro ultra has been unable to properly retract its mops into itself. This means it cannot physically leave the dock, or return to the dock by itself. If I manually place it onto the dock, it can wash its mop pads. If I manually remove it from the dock, place it on the floor and set it going, it will begin a clean/mop cycle, but as soon as it has to return to the dock to clean the mops, it fails the task as it cannot get back on. If I remove the mop pads myself, it won't do a vac only cycle, even if it is removed from the dock manually, as it first wants to return to the dock to remove its pads (that are already removed).
I firmly believe this to be a software issue rather than hardware failure, as the timing is far too coincidental. The robot worked perfectly before this update was installed.
I have raised a ticket with support who have promised to investigate and update my firmware remotely. Still waiting…
